Coach Dee's ENDURO MTB Monthly Program is a year-round approach to Enduro fitness training, Enduro race, and mountain bike training designed to prepare you for maximum performance during the trail and race season. Progress through Coach's Performance Pyramid developing your mobility and lower body stability before advancing into building functional strength and power for your best performances. This Enduro racing training plan is for you if you desire fresh, new content monthly but cannot commit to one-on-one mountain biking training. You can expect two or three days of strength training work and two or three days of riding throughout the week, depending on the time of year. Complete the mobility work and strength training in less than an hour per day as Dee guides you through this science-based, structured Enduro training program designed to optimize and maximize your time on the road bike.

Strength training for mountain biking is not limited to performance and riding gains, like energy levels and strength gains; it is also essential to injury prevention.
