EACH OF THE PROGRAMS INCLUDES EXERCISES LIKE

Squats, Push-ups, Pull-ups, and Bend exercises like Deadlifts and rows, Shoulder work, and Core work… all designed using superset-type formats to make your work like you will on the trail!
