HOW DO I CHOOSE THE RIGHT PROGRAM?


Start by asking yourself which discipline is your priority. For mountain bike, if you race more than one, say you ride DH, Enduro, a multi-day event or even a XC racer, then sway towards the longer duration program – so in this case Enduro MTB 6 Month or the monthly membership plan. This is to make sure you don’t miss out on the extended capacity needed for longer rides/races.

I created the MTB Strong program for the non-racer who is looking to prepare for a great riding season or perhaps an event.

ARE THESE PROGRAMS ONLY FOR RACERS?


100% no even though riders who race can use any program to help them! All programs are welcome to everyone, racers and enthusiasts alike. All of our programs are designed to pull as much athleticism out of your body as possible as I believe the better the athlete, the better the rider. And if it doesn’t make you better, then ask for a refund. I bet you won’t need to though.

CAN I DO THIS AT HOME?


Absolutely! All programs can be done with mostly the "basics" like: an exercise ball, dumbbells, bands, a suspension trainer like a TRX or similar, a kettlebell, and a foam roller. Extras could include an adjustable bench, a squat bar with plates, and a Ancore Trainer from www.ancoretraining.com (use code ENDUROMTB for free shipping).

CAN ANYONE DO THESE PROGRAMS?


Everyone is welcome who is looking to better themselves and take their riding to the next level. I work with you individually to address any concerns, issues, or restrictions you may have.

WILL I RECIEVE A DVD IN THE MAIL?


No. Every program is online via the "login" button at the top of this page where you'll find the "client hub" area where you choose the program you purchase then, download the pdf's to save or print out and the hub is also where you'll find the videos, self screening and bonuses.

CAN I SHARE ANY PROGRAM WITH MY FRIENDS OR TEAM?


No, as per program agreements with all of our athletes, your program is for your eyes only. Sharing programs is not allowed and would be considered stealing. I am happy to work to accommodate team solutions, but I work hard to provide these programs for athletes who are paying for them.
