Our enduro MTB training program is the enduro racer's original strength and conditioning program. Get a head start on your race season and competitors, develop the speed and stability to power through technical descents and lines, and give yourself the highest chance to win races.
Use your off-season effectively to rebuild and restore your body's foundation to prepare for the heavy lifting of Enduro mountain bikes and rough terrain. Address underlying flexibility and stability issues and relearn movements with proper form to move more efficiently and with a greater range of motion.
After building a solid foundation, you will shift into building strength and power over the second half of the program. This is where you'll make gains to climb more efficiently, pump the trail, bang out corners and do it confidently for long periods of time with less fatigue.
Did I mention injury resistance? One thing crucial to our sport is being able to limit body damage and increase healing times when it does go bad. A strong base of athleticism, muscle, tendon, ligament and soft tissue density severely decrease your chance of a major injury.
Commit to spending six months working through this plan and earning the race results you know are possible. Sprint faster, flatten climbs, and turn over gears with speed more than you thought possible. The crowd looks different from the podium.

Squats, push-ups, pull-ups, bend exercises like deadlifts and rows, shoulder work, flexibility exercises, and core work… all designed using superset-type formats to do your work like you will on the trail! You WILL become proficient in these patterns because, with every program change, you will be challenged even more!
All of the videos for each of the stretches and IN WORKOUT TYPE FORMAT for each of the superset exercises for the entire training system. IT'S LIKE YOU ARE WORKING OUT WITH ME! I'll show you the correct form for each exercise and the best ways to maximize your results. They're short and simple (I won't bore you with a bunch of info you don't need to know), descriptive and 100% proven to work.
