I hope your Enduro MTB program has gone well your first week!
At this point you should’ve completed your “Self Screen” and been able to see where you officially have some weakness, inflexibility and strength deficits. Remember, you can re-test at the end of each program, and we encourage you to so you can track your changes!
You also should’ve gone through all of the warm up, stretching and both program A and B by now. Of course, we encourage you to not only download the manual for Program 1, but also to watch all the videos to learn the correct form. Form is crucial, so take pride in doing all the moves as precisely as possible! After all, what you put in, you get out!
Have a great week, and be sure to make an appointment with yourself according to the Periodization schedule so you can not only have the time to accomplish each days exercise requirement, and proudly check it off as completed!
