Charge off the gate with confidence and take your riding and racing to the next level with Coach Dee’s Full Season Training Plan. Over the next six months, just like in Coach Dee’s mountain bike programs, you’ll develop an athlete’s body that is designed for moto success: one that is strong, resilient, and moves well.
Use the off-season to rebuild and restore your body’s foundation to prepare for the heavy lifting and intense demands of racing to come. Address underlying flexibility and stability issues and relearn how to move more efficiently with proper form and greater range of motion. A body that moves well is an incredibly capable machine.
After having built a solid foundation, the heavy lifting begins. We’ll shift towards building strength and power in your lead-up to the racing season. This phase of work focuses on your muscular endurance, which allows you to stay fresher deeper into your race. It will also give you more confidence and strength in handling your bike.
Once the racing season begins, we shift into a maintenance phase. Many athletes neglect their bodies in between races. You take care of your bike; now it’s time to take care of your body, too. This maintenance work balances the physical demands of racing with recovery while taking steps to support the physical conditioning you’ve worked so hard to build.
Commit to the best season of racing yet and achieve the results you know you’re capable of earning. Stop going to the gym to work out and start going to the gym to train. This program is gym-tested and trail-proven at preparing riders for their best performance on the track or trail.

FOLLOW ALONG SELF SCREEN
I walk you through a physical screen/ evaluation so you can see exactly where you lack in areas like flexibility, stability, balance, proprioception and strength! You will assess yourself first thing, then regularly to see how much you are improving as you work through the program.

2 POWER PROGRAMS
This is the top of the Performance Pyramid and where you get some serious power out of your body. This is where the phrase, “Break the Friggin’ Cranks OFF!” was originated from!
EACH OF THE PROGRAMS INCLUDES EXERCISES LIKE
Squats, Push ups, Pull ups; Bend exercises like Deadlifts and rows; Shoulder work, and Core work… all designed using superset type formats to make you work like you will on the trail! You WILL become proficient in these patterns because with every program change, you will be challenged even more!
FOLLOW-ALONG HD VIDEOS
All of the videos for each of the stretches and IN WORKOUT TYPE FORMAT for each of the superset exercises for the entire training system. IT’S LIKE YOU ARE WORKING OUT WITH ME! I’ll show you the correct form for each exercise and the best ways to maximize your results. They’re short and simple (I won’t bore you with a bunch of info you don’t need to know), descriptive and 100% proven to work.
