It's new program time so go login and get ready to start Tuesday. Phase five is all about taking our strength gains and now working to make us stronger metabolically and more efficient while under workload, like all two wheel sports are. Yes it will burn but remember we are "testing in the gym so we can prove it on our bikes," so stay at it, riding season is almost here!
