Happy Spring my crazy dirt lovin MTB friends!

So... how'd last week go?

This week if you put in more than four hours of volume I want you to take Monday off like usual and probably do an easy spin on Tues with stretching and hot tub or sauna. You MAY need a bit more rest than that and you can tell if on weds your legs still feel lethargic, heavy or just plain 'ol grumpy. If they do, do 1-2 sets of PRO B. REST IS CRUCIAL so your body adapts to the training load you applied to it last week so please be smart!

This month we start with Strength-Endurance so watch the intro and all the vids to see what's up.

Have fun, work hard, take advantage of the strength from last month and keep your train-a-rollin'! OFC holler if you need anything and like always, please share the TTR site with your friends so they too can ride stronger, better and faster!
