TTR Phase 2

Howdy!

Hope you had a great Thanksgiving and didn't over indulge too much!

Ok, here we are, December ALREADY... SHEESH! This round we're continuing our focus on stability and proprioception but also beginning the process of getting ready for strength and power in the new year. We do this by building muscle and this program will start that process. Like I say in the introduction video,we need to put on the muscle we lost during the season to help us be ready for May/June season start!

Like always, focus on your flexibility, mobility and be sure to ALWAYS do your ELDOA exercises as they are soooo important to systemic fascia mobility.

Oh, and be sure to watch the intro #2 video for some encouragement on holiday eating... let's not put on the 'holiday 5' this year mkay?!
