Hope your summer is going super awesome so far! Can't believe we're basically half way through almost! Tuesday starts Maintenance #2 and as you watch the intro video you'll see the theme of maintaining prior gains as well as keeping your strength up. Of course I still want you to prioritize any of the programs you need to to help you and your specific goal(s) so be sure to fine tune it to accommodate "you." Also, push the weights. We're working at 8-10 reps for the most part but be sure to push the most weight you can for those reps with perfect form. Lastly, remember that even though we've been training for cycling specific goals, all of my programs are truly designed at the deepest level to bring out the most of your athleticism so you can enjoy ALL summer activities when you are off your bike!
