TTR Phase 8

Hope you had a great long weekend and got plenty of riding or racing!

My favorite time of year is when we switch into maintenance mode which today launches maintenance workout #1. The idea for the rest of the summer is every six weeks I'll send you a new program designed to keep you stable, strong, maintaining muscle as best we can and to have you feeling good no matter what sports you are playing this summer.

In the intro video I also go over some important points about maintenance mode so be sure to watch that video.
