TTR Phase 8

Hey gang!

Hope you have enjoyed your strength gains and have been able to go out and test them. I want to remind some of you that just because you've been training doesn't mean the first couple of rides are going to feel amazing. It can take a few for your body to adjust back into riding so be patient, soon enough you'll feel what you expect :)

Phase 6 is about speed and endurance! PRO A is strength plus plyometrics and PRO B is simpler and about endurance, SOOO like I say in the intro video, you WILL be sore so please start with two sets and see how you respond. The PRO A will take up to 48 hours to fully repair so be aware soreness will be a factor which is why I tried to put a ride day after the plyo days on the periodization, HOWEVER feel free to change a bit if you need to.

Use the Ryno Power "Recovery" BCAA's to help accelerate recovery as it works amazingly well!
