TTR Phase 8

Yo gang!

It's new program time and we're going into Strength #2! We're going to take advantage of each of the first five programs and finish our strength development before we go into speed and power for phase #6.

Keep mindful of your movement precision! Always work on the form and build that strength from that stable posture platform. I've got some fun combo's in here so be sure to master these moves.

Keep at it. Eat well and clean. Drink 1/2 your bodyweight in ounces each day. Sleep well. Do things to reduce stress. If you're struggling in life, seek counseling, we all need it so do yourself a favor... men, you especially! We almost need it more. Said in love.
