TTR Phase 8

Howdy my besties!

Hope you enjoyed the last phase and were able to tell a difference in your muscle and strength. Let's take that and begin to create the ability for you to deal with metabolic waste like lactic acid. This will test you and I want you to really challenge yourself mentally to press through so we can all get mentally tougher for the season starting now!

Format is the same. Remember to massage the schedule to yours but stay consistent.

Keep hydrated. Even though it's winter doesn't mean you can drink less than what is needed for your body, which as a reminder, is half your bodyweight in ounces each day. Even though it's more expensive, and I understand completely, try to keep or start eating as clean as you can. There are still deals to be had on organic and prime members can enjoy those discounts on and off line. You gotta fight to be healthy!
