TTR Phase 8

Happy New Year!

I hope it was a great holiday season for you and your family. Hopefully you are ready to roll strongly into 2023 and our prep for the season... let's get it on!

Phase 3 is up and it's time to begin working on strength with our first of two strength phases. Like I say in the intro video, strength isn't just about pushing or pulling a lot of weight, it's also about resisting forces that are trying to move our body out of a position. That's called "anti-rotation training" and it is hugely valuable to us riders.

Another is to take advantage of winter sports to fulfill any of the cardio workouts. Skinning? Hard alpine or XC skiing? Snowshoeing? All YES!

I also asked for any feedback or suggestions to make sure I am giving you what you want :)
