Merry Christmas my favorite members! Hope you have enjoyed your new-found mobility, flexibility and better posture from last months program. This month is all about continuing this idea plus beginning to add muscle (hypertrophy). I've got some different supersets in the A workout so pay attention to the intro video and the pdf. Don't forget that I value winter sports and encourage you to do them to mix up your cardio routines so go outside and enjoy as part of your training! I hope these next few weeks are special for you and if you have a hard time during the holiday season, my heart is heavy for you and pray you can make it good for you and yours.
